Whitening is such a magical word to me that I will sub-consciously be drawn to beauty products with skin whitening effect. Confession: Fair skin is my ultimate life goal. Not discriminating on skin colour but I really like my skin to look fair and bright. Due to my job nature, I have to work under the scorching sun for most of the time so I work tremendously hard to keep my skin fair. Another eyeshadow palette being added to my beauty stash woohoo! I used to store my eye shadow palettes, blushers and eyeliners in one drawer but my palettes family grows so fast that they can't fit in the same drawer anymore, so you see my obsession? *not guilty* I was terribly in need of a burgundy palette in early Dec last year as I wanted to create a burgundy look for a wedding dinner. There is a total of 10 shades in the palette and they are categorized into 3 different types of finish: Matte, Shimmer and Glitter. Half of the shades is belong to the Earth tone and the other half is belong to the popular reddish burgundy tone. I'm totally in love with all of the shades because they are super wearable and I can see myself using all of the shades for daily make up - Earth tone for the day and burgundy tone for the night. I'm not sure whether it happens to everyone or it's just me, I  only use 2/3 of my eye shadow palettes for most of the time, whereas the other 1/3 of the shades is either too dramatic or too peculiar for me that I will only put them on for special occasions such as Christmas, Halloween and photo shooting.

Before proceeding to my review on the products, I would like to make a confession here, that I actually did a double take on photo shooting the products in this post, as the photos from the first round of photo shooting is such a failure. I stared at the first batch photos and my mind went blank, I couldn't proceed with photo processing at all because I feel that these photos do not do justice to my sense of aesthetics and photography skills. They do not translate my taste and sense at all. (What was on my mind when I was taking those photos?!) They are not ugly to be honest, but they are just average to me. Therefore, I decided to spend another day to redo the photo shooting. Okay enough of the story behind the scenes, let's move on to some brief introduction on belif.
