MUST-READ for Cheese Lover - Launching of Artisanal Pizzas through PIZZART Campaign by Anchor Food Professionals @ Ejohng Concept, Johor Bahru


Calling all the cheese lovers and pizza fans! You wouldn't want to miss this post which is flooded with photos of cheesy pizzas! Gone are those days when pizzas only come in round shape. Thanks to the creativity of Anchor Food Professionals, Johoreans can enjoy cheesy pizzart at Ejohng Concept now. Yes, you read me right, it's PizzArt, a presentation of pizza in an art form.

Together with 24 outlets in Peninsula and East Malaysia, Anchor Food Professionals will be introducing artisanal pizzas that are taking the world by storm. Masterpieces such as Flower PizzasPizza BombsAdjaruli KhachapuriMini Muffin Pizzas and Pot Pie Pizzas are waiting to be devoured at participating restaurants from May to mid-November 2017.


The artisanal pizzas were conceptualized and created by the Anchor Food Professionals’ Hot Cooking Chefs as a way to help their partners create more excitement and variety in what they offer to their customers.

The 3 unique and beautiful pizzas available at Ejohng Concept are Flower PizzasAdjaruli Khachapuri and Mini Muffin Pizzas, read on and you will know how exquisite these pizzas are!

Flower Pizza


We were all amazed by the resemblance of Flower Pizza to the real flower, this is seriously the most intricate pizza that I have ever seen in my life, too pretty! This photogenic pizza blossom is great for sharing, everyone can grab a share by picking the "flower petal" that they like the most, gathering can be more fun now!

Sick of having traditional cakes during birthday celebration? How about having a Flower Pizza in your birthday party? I'm sure that your friends will love it!

Adjaruli Khachapuri

A boat shaped pizza filled with hot cheese and oozing egg, Adjaruli Khachapuri is a Georgian invention that is going to win the heart of all cheese lovers. 



Ohhh that egg yolk cooked to perfection! My attention was drawn when the waitress served the piping hot Adjaruli Khachapuri to the table. Runny eye yolk sitting on top of a bed of gooey and melty cheese, I thought I was teleported to paradise at that moment!


To enjoy the goodness of Adjaruli Khachapuri to fullness, there are some steps that you need to follow before digging into it. First of all, quickly "stir fry" the egg in cheese pool when it is still hot. Next, pinch some pizza dough off  and dip into the cheese pool, don't forget to pull the cheese as high as you can so that you can take some Instagrammable photos to show off to your friends lollll *just kidding* 


A blend of finest ingredients such as Anchor Mozzarella Shredded Cheese, Anchor Unsalted Butter, Anchor Colby Cheese, Anchor Cheddar Cheese and Mainland Edam Cheese, this is an ultimate-pizza-to-die-for! 



We can't get enough of the cheese-pulling game, everyone was so excited to try it out. I can see how Adjaruli Khachapuri can add laughter and joy to friends' gathering! 

Mini Muffin Pizzas

Mini Muffin Pizzas are bite-sized versions of delicious pizza and perfect for breakfast and as snacks. I personally think that it is a perfect finger food for celebration and party - it's filling and easy to eat, hassle-free finger food is always the best.


Coming in 4 variants including chicken, tuna, duck and beef, Mini Muffin Pizzas can cater to everyone's preference.
