L’Oreal Paris Infallible Pro-Matte Powder (Shade Porcelain 100) Review

I have really oily T-zone and I tried (and still trying) every possible way to keep the excess shine at bay. Having an oily T-zone also means that the area is more prone to make up meltdown and please don't be surprised to see uneven patches of BB cream on my face, trust me, it happens. Therefore, powder product is my daily essential to ensure a more long-lasting and flawless make up. I use a variety of powder products including setting powder, loose powder, foundation powder and etc.

Being a fake beauty junkie, I'm guilty to admit that I have never tried any powder product from L'Oreal. I was drawn towards L’Oreal Paris Infallible Pro-Matte Powder for its "infallible" claim.

The product is able to absorb excess oil and reduce shine on the skin’s surface for up to 16 hours. The lightweight pressed powder can be used alone, to set foundation after application, and/or throughout the day for quick touch-ups.

Small and compact, L’Oreal Paris Infallible Pro-Matte Powder is a great piece to be tossed into my handbag without adding significant weight.

I really like how the powder comes with a mirror and sponge, so convenient! The sponge is separated from the powder tray which I personally find more hygenic.

Upon application, the shine-defying powder mattifies my skin instantly, leaving behind a velvety smooth finish. I love how the powder creates a natural look and the best part? It does not give the scary cakey look! 

Its ultra-fine texture blends into my BB cream seamlessly and creates a poreless and porcelain alike skin. The powder does a great job in keeping my make up in place for long hours. Mind you, no touch up is required in between, how convenient! I came back home with a fresh, matte and clean looking face after spending a good 10 hours outdoor, the powder is indeed infallible! I really like L’Oreal Paris Infallible Pro-Matte Powder and will definitely restock it!
