[台灣美食看一看] 爲什麽要去台灣?就爲了吃啊!Eat Your Heart Out in Taiwan! To-Eat-List in Taiwan



對于台灣這片土地,我一直都有著很濃烈的情感。22嵗在台灣的那段日子,實在是美好得令人無法忘記。台灣對我來説,是個非常適合生活適合居住的地方。我喜歡熱心善良的台灣人;喜歡台灣的四季分明;最最最喜歡的當然是台灣的美食咯!來台灣旅行的朋友怎麽能夠錯過那裏的美食呢?每一次獨自在台灣各縣市尋獵美食時我都恨不得自己能夠像牛一樣有四個胃,所有的東西看起來就很好吃我每樣都想嘗一嘗啊!好啦說了那麽多的廢話,以下就和大家分享一些道地的台灣美食吧!看完之後保證你今晚餓得睡不着呵呵!

Taiwan, a land where so many of my unforgettable memories lie underneath, a land that I would love to reside in. I love how approachable and amiable the Taiwaneses are; I love the clean environment there where you can hardly find any trash on the streets; and most importantly, I love all the cheap and yummy local delicacies there! I'm a very very lazy blogger (for all the time) that I have been postponing my travel posts for a long long time. So sorry to all my readers that I owe you this post for years! And yes! I have compiled a to-eat-list in Taiwan and here you go!


————————珍珠奶茶 Pearl Milk Tea———————

這杯是普通的珍珠奶茶,珍珠比較小顆

來自清一色牛肉面的珍珠,我就是這樣光吃珍珠沒喝奶茶哦!
I kid you not, that's how I enjoyed my Pearl Milk Tea without the milk tea lol!

是的!我心中的台灣美食第一名非珍珠奶茶莫屬!我還非常記得我第一次嘗到珍珠奶茶的情景呢!那時是大約晚上8點半,我拖著行李抵達中興女宿,第一次見到了雅眉和宮欽浩,第一張照片中的波霸珍奶就是他們兩個給我的見面禮哦!(所謂的波霸就是比較大顆的珍珠)話説我對奶茶其實沒什麽好感,我喜歡的是很有嚼勁很有彈性的珍珠,真的超級無敵好吃,絕對會上癮的!之後無意閒喝了口奶綠(就是用綠茶泡成的奶茶),天啊我馬上驚為天人!奶茶怎麽能夠去到這種神一般的境界?從此之後我就深深地愛上了波霸奶綠,大家到了台灣一定要試試看!我在離開台灣前王維京非常有心地買了50嵐的波霸奶綠來送我,啊當下的那個感覺真的....超想哭的哈哈~

I guess most of us are very familiar with bubble tea since we can get Chatime, Gong Cha, Each A Cup, Coolblog and etc in Malaysia. Taiwan is the origin of bubble tea and the bubble tea there tastes divinely good I tell you! It's so so so different from all the bubble teas you can find in Malaysia, the bubbles are really bouncy and I just can't get enough of them! The best part is that they serve all kinds of tea, name it and they have it.

一定要吃的一中豪大雞排!

雖然是雞胸肉可是卻鮮嫩多汁的神奇雞排

因爲雞排的表面佈滿了特制醬汁所以吃起來非常開胃,店家在切片前都會先噴上檸檬汁,很奇妙吧!

告訴我,到底是誰發明雞排這麽好吃的東西的?!不管是炸的還是烤的都深得我心啊!台灣雞排最大的特色就是多汁軟嫩,雖然外皮都被炸得香香酥酥的可是裏面卻一點都不會乾柴,明明就是雞胸肉可是吃起來卻像雞腿般的滑嫩,太神奇了~ 雞排要和別人分著吃比較好噢!因爲一塊雞排足足有兩個巴掌那麽大,會吃撐啊!因爲住在台中,我晚上離開實驗室后多數都會到一中街和逢甲夜市晃晃。然後有一次就發生了超級誇張的事情!有天晚上我像往常般在一中街一邊吃著雞排一邊閒逛,正当我非常开心快乐地吃着超级无敌好吃的一中豪大鸡排的时候,突然有人跑来问我有没有兴趣当她们微电影的女主角!我当下的反应就是“想骗本公主我没那么容易!我才没那么笨咧!”我左推右请之后他们竟然还不死心!在我身边一直讲一直讲讲了半个小时,拼命地想要說服我,天啊這是何等奇事?!哦我好像離題了,不是在聊美食的嗎?怎麽寫著寫著變成了微電影?

Tell me who is the genius that came out with Taiwan's style chicken chop? It's so deliciously yummy that I can't help myself from getting a chicken chop every time I dropped by Yizhong street. I love both fried and grilled chicken chops, both of them are tasty in their own way and I can't decide which one I prefer. Taiwan's style chicken chop is gargantuan (as huge as two of my hands!) so it's the best for you to share it with  family and friends ^^

————鼎泰豐小籠包 Ding Tai Fung————



台灣可是米其林一星鼎泰豐的發源地咧!熱愛美食的我怎麽可以錯過?就算要排隊排個兩小時也一定一定要來試一試的!(回顧這些我又黑又壯又累然後雙眼無神頭髮淩亂的照片我真的.....好無言....話説照片中的我剛剛從野柳回來,所以累成這副德性是情有可原的啦~)

真的不是開玩笑的!照片中的大家都在耐心地排隊等待進入鼎泰豐,看吧我沒騙你!我去的是台北101樓下的鼎泰豐,當天我有遇到藝人哦!

Seriously this is no joke, the crowd was waiting patiently for their turns to be seated in Ding Tai Fung, you might need to queue for a freaking 2 hours before you're finally allowed to step into the restaurant. I guess this will give you a clear idea on how good the restaurant is, am I right?

基於本文的宗旨是向大家大概地介紹台灣道地美食,所以在這裡我就不對每樣菜肴一一進行評論了~ 試過鼎泰豐的小籠包后我就從此除去巫山不是云,真的是一流的!要吃正宗的鼎泰豐一定要來台灣吃,味道和食物的層次絕對和海外分行有分別,排再久的隊都值得!

After having my try on Ding Tai Fung, I have no regrets on waiting patiently for more than an hour just to be seated for the meal. It truly deserves the Michelin one star and I'm all in love with their xiao long bao since then!

————————麻辣火鍋 Spicy Hot Pot—————————




這個湯頭光是看的我就餓了!
Look at the soup! It's prepared using all kinds of herbs and spices, thus giving it a flavourful and rich taste.




台湾的麻辣火锅真的不是盖的,必吃啊!其实火锅也不一定要吃麻辣的,就算是其他汤头也一样非常地棒!马来西亚的火锅汤头多数都是放味精随便乱煮一通(当然也有火锅店家非常用心地在熬煮汤头,只是在本地没那么普遍),但台湾火锅店的汤头都非常有诚意,下足材料真的有用心在熬的!看看上面几张照片你就知道我说的是什么意思了呵呵~ 我真的强力建议大家一定要试一试台湾的“吃到饱”火锅,琳琅满目的选择绝对会让你眼花缭乱,不知该从何吃起,到最后吃得超级无敌饱哈哈!

Hot pot is a popular dish among chinese all over the world and Taiwan's hotpot is different from the rest that it is often offered in a buffet style. It means that you can enjoy free flow of Angus beef, New Zealand lamb tenderloin, top class pork ribs and any meats that you can think of, how wonderful is this? In order to stand out from the crowd, the Taiwaneses put in lots of efforts in preparing the hot pot soup. Instead of using simple clear chicken stock as what most of the Malaysia's restaurants do, the Taiwanese are willing to spend hours to prepare the hot pot soup, not mentioning the generous amount and wide varieties of herbs and spices being used in the soup preparation.

我覺得這部分我都不必寫些什麽了,大家看照片就夠了哈哈!夜市簡直就是台灣文化的精髓,吃得用的穿的玩的統統都可以在夜市裏找得到,而且價錢都很平民化,最適合像我這樣的窮苦學生了!(好啦我知道我現在已經不是學生了啦)反正夜市裏的美食就是數也數不盡,就算我不停地吃不停地買但下一次再度拜訪時又會出現新的美食和小吃。以下就隨意地為大家推薦幾樣比較具特色的台灣夜市小吃吧!

逢甲夜市的黃金右腿,其實就是起司烤雞腿啦。
他們還有黃金左腿咧!右腿專賣烤雞腿,左腿專賣炸雞腿,很有創意!

大腸包小腸
這個我喜歡!雖然名字聼起來非常恐怖但其實這就是個糯米腸裏裹著台灣香腸的好東西,完全沒有内臟,大家不要被它的名字給騙了!

東海聞名的豆乳炸雞,它和南乳炸雞有異曲同工之妙哦!
(這一攤也有故事咧!那天是我來台以來第一次和Ah Kent出去,還在路上結識了高中畢業在環島Eugene,三個人原本想要去高美濕地的可是卻錯過了巴士!結果三個人頂著大太陽走了好久好久,那時候的感覺是我好像走了一輩子的路啊~)

淡水的晴天紅豆餅

看吧人家多麽有商業道德多麽有良心,紅豆塞得都快爆出來了,沒在欺場的!
我每次去淡水都會買個紅豆餅邊走邊吃,哎喲那時候的日子實在是太幸福了~

This is my favourite snack from Tamsui Old Street (I love red bean!), you really need to try this!

逢甲夜市裏現做現賣的痲糬
現做的痲糬和工廠包裝的痲糬真的有很大的分別,我都數不清我在台灣的日子裏吃下了多少痲糬。

非常傳統的碳燒胡椒餅,真的是把餅放在炭窯裏面燒的咧!

之前我都需要到逢甲夜市才能吃到這好吃的胡椒餅,到了後來它竟然在一中街開了分行,然後我就一直吃得到啦!肯定是因爲我的關係哈哈哈!噢對了,台北饒河夜市的胡椒餅更更更加好吃,那攤排隊要排很久耶~

本身對蛋制品就很情有獨鈡,所以滿是雞蛋的明倫蛋餅我肯定喜歡的啊~

那天下很大很大雨,可是我這個白痴還是搭了一小時的公車到逢甲夜市去走走吃吃,結果當天很多攤位都沒開,而我就像個神經病一樣一個人撐傘逛夜市。一小時的車程咧!還沒到晚上9點半我是絕對不想要回女宿的。

認識我的朋友都知道我不愛吃飯,比較喜歡麵條。(我只是不喜歡東南亞的尖頭米,日韓圓頭的短米我是非常非常喜歡的)台灣的麵食種類繁多,不管是麵粉制的還是米制的麵條都和馬來西亞的很不一樣,而我在留台期間也吃面吃得不亦樂乎。其中我最喜歡的就是新竹米粉,細細的米粉口感一級棒!哎呀你們真的得自己嘗過才能明白新竹米粉的美妙,我詞窮了啦呵呵~


I'm a huge fans of noodles! I couldn't finish a small bowl of rice (for all then time....) but I can devour a big bowl of noodles. A bowl of piping hot noodles is my all time comfort food, may be it rice-made noodles or flour-made noodles.

怎麽樣?讀到這裡了別告訴我你一點都不心動,這麽多的美食咧!有機會的話一定要到台灣這座寶島去發掘當地的美食,要小心別吃太多,發胖這件事永遠都在不知不覺中發生的>.< 不要再猶豫了,旅行這件事就是要趁年輕,趕快到台灣去寵寵自己的味蕾吧!哎喲寫到這裡我自己也很想念台灣的種種美食,真希望我能再次回到著漂亮的國家,讓我把這些美食好好地再吃上一次!

Oh gosh I miss these food so so so much! I really wish that I could have a chance to revisit this treasure island and indulge myself with all the heavenly yummy food once again! I don't mind gaining weight muahaha! Well, I'm very weak in front of food, it's a guilty pleasure! There's no love sincerer than the love for food, am I right? 後記
話説其實我真的很想把旅遊的日子好好地記錄下來,奈何我就是太!懶!了!這一次竟然奇跡般地好好寫了篇旅遊文章,太不可思議了!爲了撰寫這篇文章,我翻了翻舊照片,讀了讀當時的手札。滿滿的,都是美好的回憶,那些日子啊!想起了每星期和孫老師的Meeting,每次當我們很認真地在討論試驗結果並規劃試驗未來方向時Matthew都會很敢死地張大嘴巴睡覺!而且有好幾次連口水都流出來了,每次看著他的頭越來越靠近孫老師我都憋笑憋得肋骨快斷掉哈哈哈!還有和實驗室的大家一起上課的日子,大家根本就是集體在班上睡覺啊!清文學長可怕的丁酸味我到現在都還記得,超恐怖的味道!

當然還有很多很多的奇遇,那些我在荒山野林迷路的時光;徒步在烈日下走個一兩小時簡直就是家常便飯;在旅途上遇到的奇人異士們;一個人在背包客宿舍和各國人士聊得沒完沒了;明明超早起床卻錯過客運的無奈;明明要和孫老師一家人打羽球結果我和Matthew很離奇地被清文學張載到滿是稻田潭子去!我都嚇得半死了Matthew竟然給我睡大覺!;颱風夜裏唱K,穿著雨衣的我坐在歐陽的機車上,覺得皮膚快被狂風暴雨給刺破了;明明在台大閒逛卻被八大電視台採訪;被半夜三更不間斷的門鈴嚇得半死;三天不洗澡的室友;每天在我面前傷心落淚的馬來學妹;初次體驗地震;我們三人在下著狂風暴雨的夜晚跑到台科大去借貴儀,貴儀室冷得我直發抖但還是幫扭傷腳的宮欽浩做完所有的檢測(重點是我還穿著短短的上衣和超短的短褲當時真的超超超冷);每天偷看我還被我發現然後一直逼我在Facebook加他的越南學生;拍照時縂愛毛手毛腳的外國人;在彩虹眷村遇上超級熱心的阿姨,竟然把自己的女兒抛在路邊好讓我騎上她的機車,把我一路載到遠到無法想象的公車站牌;每次養完菌就和宮欽浩不約而同一起瀉肚子的悲哀;台北車站和Ah Kent于扶手梯上的不期而遇;每逢週二週四早上9點整和雅眉一起到樓下倒垃圾;在高美濕地等了3小時也等不到的公車;在台南被熱得中暑後立馬搭客運回台中的窘境;讓我心臟病快爆發的太魯閣腳車警魂記;很不怕死地亂搭陌生人的順風車去梧棲漁港;每天晚上都來我房間遊説我加入他們社辦的極端同學。

太多太多的故事,不如我寫本書好了?哈哈哈!
