Moodmojee Campaign - Anchor Food Professionals Launches Icy-cool Beverages to Boost Your Mood

Do you still remember that Anchor Food launched a range of creative and artsy cheese pizza last year? They are now back with another creative campaign! Following the success of its previous campaigns such as Say Cheese, PizzArt and Anchor Travel Cakes, Anchor Food Professionals returns to debut six new dairy beverages to boost your mood. These beverages were conceptualized and created by Anchor Food Professionals chefs to showcase the delicious possibilities of dairy in beverages, bringing a sip of global trends to Malaysian consumers.

If you have been following the food trend around the world, creative non-alcoholic beverages are catching on in all the major culinary cities of the world. Bubble tea and cheese tea are such a hit in the Asia market that so many brands have come out with their specialty drinks.


Inspired by Asian cheese teas, Jack Tan, Associate Foodservice Director of Anchor Food Professionals shared, “We understand the versatile role dairy can play in delivering great taste, texture and appearance in any form whether it’s in beverage or cakes. Dairy is traditionally very popular with Western markets but this time, we wanted to play with local ingredients to give it an overall Asian taste and feel.”

He added “We are always looking at what’s trending around the globe and strive to bring it back home to excite our business partners and ultimately, the taste buds of Malaysia. We have learnt that creativity and innovation is as important as taste to consumers these days.” Always on the pulse of global trends and a master of innovations, the dairy foodservice leader from New Zealand is consistently exciting its customers by sharing new ideas and ways of doing things. The end goal – to help their foodservices partners find more performance in their business.

The Moodmojee campaign will see Anchor Food Professionals partnering with 15 food & beverage customers in both Peninsular and East Malaysia, where these creamy creations will be introduced in phases nationwide starting from November 2018 until January 2019

Designed as mood boosters, the range of beverages brings unexpected pairings aimed to delight taste buds. This year’s range promises pairings of zesty, sweet, savoury and salty flavours with creamy and smooth textures. Think of yuzu, pomegranate, mint, chocolate as some of the ingredients that will be paired and brought to life using the natural and fresh goodness of Anchor’s dairy.

Kaya-Nika Fusion

These 6 dairy thirst-quenchers include a Malaysian favourite that’s both whimsy and decadent – Kaya-Nika Fusion – layers of sweet and creamy with traditional ‘kaya’, ‘gula melaka’, ‘pulut’ and red beans.  

For all the chocolate lovers, a drink to tingle the taste buds with the unlikely pairing of Yuzu and chocolate. The tangy Yuzu puree tempers the rich chocolate in the Yuzu Chocolate Surprise which is rimmed with salt lemon cooling candy.

The Pom & Grey Twist, a flavoured cheese tea is a refreshing concoction of mood-boosting Earl Grey tea mixed with pomegranate syrup, topped with a generous layer of chocolate cream.

Lemon Mint Meringue

If you prefer something with a zing, the Lemon Mint Meringue, is a rich lemon mint vanilla ice blended, topped with fresh meringue and slices of candied lemon and orange, is both a feast to the eyes and to the mouth.

Tangy Brew is rich cold brew coffee mixed with the tangy freshness of orange which explodes in your mouth followed by its satisfying mixture of cream and cheese foam.

White Chocoffee

Don’t be fooled by the appearance of the White Chocoffee which stands tall and proud like a shake with a crown of whipped cream. This sure-winner is a dreamy blend of white coffee mixed generously with delicious chocolate and peanut butter. 

These delicious beverages will be available in two outlets in Johor, namely Living Room in Johor Bahru and Love Tea F&B in Kulai. In Living Room, the Tangy Brew, Pom & Grey Twist and Yuzu Chocolate Surprise will be available at RM9.90 each. In Love Tea F&B, the White Chocoffee, Lemon Mint Meringue and Kaya-Nika Fusion will be sold at RM12.90 each. These drinks are surprisingly super affordable! I would want to get myself a drink to lift up the mood hehe!
