The basis of M&S’s success lies in its credo: Quality, Value, Service, Innovation and Trust. Through constant innovation, M&S manufactures its own products to satisfy the needs of customers around the world. To date, there are six M&S stores in Malaysia, including the latest addition at KOMTAR Johor Bahru City Centre (JBCC).
